Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments I can't remember the title but I know the synopsis of the book is something like this:

Two girls go missing in the woods or something like that and only one returns. THey never find the other girl but years later, more girls are disappearing or something and she returns to the town?

I cannot remember the title for the life of me. But I know it is a mystery/thriller/psychological thriller.

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments I haven't read it. I WANT to read it. I saw it somewhere and didn't have the money for it or it wasn't on paperback yet, and didn't buy it.

It'd still be good to know when you saw it, did it look like recent publication at the time. And if not one of the previous suggestions - why do you think so.

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments Ayshe, I don't remember to be honest. The plot just stuck with me but I am blanking on the name of the book. I saw it on Pinterest first then in store.

Ayshe | 4721 comments So none of the four book suggested in the thread so far? Or you can't tell?

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments None listed. I have The Girl Who Was Taken. But it's not that book. I am just going to say it's a lost cause because I can't think of it.

Yes also you've only been looking for a week.

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments It does have a similar plot to The Girl Who Was Taken. It is just not that book.

Brittany N. Lundergard ~~
You can "bump" your thread every month or so. This pushes your thread back to the top of the folder instead of languishing here on page 46 where fewer eyes will see it.
You can do this by typing a new comment at the end of the thread, or even by typing the word "bump."
Good luck!

Kell I Am | 184 comments I swear I read this synopsis on Amazon, Prime Reading or Kindle Unlimited, I'm not sure. I just looked though 75 pages of KU thriller books, but didn't see it. It was sometime last year, I remember that...

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments I haven't found it yet. I keep searching and I keep wishing I would have saved the title of the book so I would have remembered it!

I know it is similar to The Girl Who Was Taken. But it is different because I know the main character who returned came back to her hometown because other girls had started going missing.

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments Still haven't found this book. I am beginning to believe that it is not a real book and that I'm mixing up titles/plots.

But I know that there were two girls that go missing and one comes back. And x amount of years later, another girl goes missing and the first girl returns to the hometown to figure out/find out what happened.

Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter.

Brittany N. Lundergard | 10 comments I've read both Pretty Girls and All the Missing Girls. Neither of them is it.

I Dare You

Two little girls were out playing. One dared the other to knock on a neighbour’s front door and run away. But this was a game that had deadly consequences – only one girl returned home that evening.
