I believe I read this around 2012-2015. I'm positive the h's name is Cam. Someone follows her home from the bar where she works (her estranged father maybe?). She takes care of someone (sibling, mom) and lives with them. I think she lived in a crappy cheap apartment, hardly made ends meet from her job as a bartender. Someone sketchy followed her home one night - can't remember who or why. H and h meet because they're neighbors.
