I don't know where else to post this.
I am trying to get myself set up as a Goodreads Author. My book has been released.
I have attempted to follow the instructions on how to set up an author status/page. As instructed: 1) I have gone to my account. 2) I have entered the ASIN of my book. 3) I have clicked on my author name of my memoir. 4) I have scrolled down to find IS THIS YOU? Can't find it anywhere!

Apparently there is another author Ann Shannon... I am NOT her. I need to set up a separate author account, but for the life of me cannot figure out how.

I am a wreck trying to figure this out. How can I contact someone at Goodreads to sort this out for me? I find this site very difficult (if not impossible) to navigate!

Any simple, direct way to access someone directly at Goodreads' HELP will be profoundly appreciated!

This sounds frustrating. Click on your round picture in the upper right corner. A drop down list of choices will appear. Near the end of the list you will see “Help.”

You can reach out to the Goodreads Author Feedback Group or Goodreads Librarians Group. You'll need to join and post a topic. Both are very helpful.

Down at the bottom of the page, click on author program, then click contact from the list on the right. From there explain your situation and someone should get back to you soon.

thank you all! I was so overwhelmed and frustrated, then had so many family health crises erupt, I had to take a break...I now have time to address this!
