I haven't read anything by this author before but I'm excited to read this selection.

Having two story lines is always a wonderful way to analyze relationships and this seems to be a lovely way to analyze the relationship between writer and reader especially when the reader is a writer herself.

I read this book as part of Darlen Pagan’s world lit class back in 2015. Also watched the TV series. It will be interesting to revisit it.
