Publisher (as per worldcat) and pub. date (as per worldcat and abebooks bookseller) added.

Also, replaced the cover image with the same but of better quality from an abebooks bookseller and credited Joanna Trollope for the Introduction.

Well, the request is in the folder "Page Numbering Requests".

"Book Issues" would be the right choice when there are multiple issues to be corrected.
