19 - a book told from multiple POVs

I read The Things We Keep by Sally Hempworth. The story is told through the POVs of 3 characters, Anne, who has early onset Alzheimer's, Eve, an employee at the residential home where Anne lives, and Eve's daughter, Clementine.

I went with The Nest, which I really enjoyed. A lot of the complaints for the book are that the main siblings are shallow and greedy, but I think they are in a fairly realistic way. I like to think that I would handle a "safe-bet" windfall better than they would, but I also think it would be hard not to be extremely bitter.

Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky fits this prompt very well. Excellent sci-fi read.

It also checks off “a book set in space” if you double dip.

if I remember correctly it's not multiple POV but it jumps from now to a few years ago. I might be wrong, but I think that's it. That one is good as well! It's probably one of my least favorite but I love all her books so its still really good

I love Jodi Picoult. She is a wonderful writer. Nineteen Minutes was very good. Not my favorite or hers but it is good. Hope you enjoy it.

I read The Book of Hidden Things. It was okay. I expected a lot more. The way it's written is very male. However, the mystery is intriguing and really carried me through the book. I don't think I would've finished it if it wasn't so unique and interesting.

It was good! I thought it was a little slow to start but when I got into it, it was hard to put down. The different POVs aren't marked either, which was surprising at first. There's just a graphic that denotes a new point of view. There are about 6 POVs too.

I just finished Rachel Simon's book The Story of Beautiful Girl. I wasn't sure where to use it, but it fits perfectly as there are several points of view in this beautiful story about an institutionalized mentally handicapped girl.

I just finished An Anonymous Girl for this prompt; it would also fit into the prompts "a book published in 2019" and "a book by two female authors."

I really liked this book and it was a fun, fast read.

I think I'm going to slot in The Water Cure by Sophie Mackintosh here. Haven't seen it mentioned yet in this post - it was one of the Booker 2018 nominees last year and it was an interesting read - still not quite sure how I feel about it. But it's told from the POV of two sisters and also another POV that seems to be all three sisters combined. It could also work for a debut novel.

Also, I haven't seen Home Fire by Kamila Shamsie here, which would definitely work and is a fantastic book (I'm using it for another challenge and trying not to double count - although that might change come November!)

Two Can Keep a Secret works for this as well as #4 I thought it would make a good movie, #26 published in 2019, #30 featuring an amateur detective (Ellery), #31 about a family. And a great mystery!
