End of part 4 (75%) (view spoiler)[Part 4 was wild. I'm so glad we're seeing a lot more of Citra and Rowan again, as well as Greyson. I hadn't exactly wrapped my head around the fact that he wasn't gleaned after Morrison's thwarted attempt.

I had a feeling Rowan was going to get out of the gleaning, but I was surprised at the sheer bloodbaths, initiated by two sides, that followed. (hide spoiler)]

FINISHED (view spoiler)[The ending was so unexpected, and made me cry so much. I'm happy to say I've found a new favorite series. I'll link my full review when it's written.

I did expect that the scythedom had to come to an end if there was to be a future, but the way it happened with the failsafe and the illnesses was shocking, to say the least. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[This is definitely one of my favorite series now too. I wish it had a bigger fandom!! This book series had so many plot twists that came from nowhere. As you said, I did expect the Scythedom to end, just not in that way.

That ending- the ending makes the whole build up worth it. I loved Scythe Curie so much i was so sad when she died! And the last scene with Citra and Rowan.
