Does it have a percentage there too Suzanne? If you can give me that, plus the book title, I can work it out for you...

edit: it's about 54% so tell me the book and I'll calculate it for you:)

Nothing that a virtual coffee won't fix though ;-)

Is it a novella Jules? It's showing as 36 pages? If that's right, you've read 26 pages:)

message 215: by Irene (new)

Irene Sauman | 103 comments 23 pages of Eggs in Purgatory by Laura Childs was all I could bear, but did read Wicked Craving by G.A. McKevett (278). With the first book (257) I've now read 558 pages. Off to play croquet now.

Yes it must be Brenda, there's not much info on it and I hadn't realized when I downloaded it that it was so short....it's a bit weird because about half way through it starts on a preview chapter of her new book, and then swings back into this story??!! Very confusing for a bit *_~

Lol...suffice to say that I didn't get much reading done, but I didn't expect to either.....unless you want to count reams of family history stuff! ;)

message 217: by Carolyn (last edited Sep 05, 2014 06:10PM) (new)

Carolyn | 9869 comments Only managed 50 pages of World of Trouble and 44 pages of Can You Keep a Secret? yesterday due to work and after-work drinks (hic!)

I plan on getting through a heap more today, especially since it's wet and dreary and hubby will be happily engaged watching the Swans/Dockers game later on ;)

Hoping someone will make some virtual tea and scones later on to keep us going. Make mine Earl Grey please!

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9989 comments Not getting a lot read because I had a Pharmacy journal I HAD to read, but then decided that I could add some pages for that as it's READING, even if it's extremely dry reading. Ditto when I read Good Weekend tomorrow, I'm gonna count those pages too. There's no rule says my reading has to be from a book in this readathon, is there?
