Badminton class:
We had just finished playing two matches, and it was time for us to go back home. All the good players + a senior - Rahul - were talking (me included). I just asked Pareesh which standard he was in, and he replied saying "Ninth". So I replied saying, "Oh, we're the same age then!"
Rahul and Soundarya literally whipped their heads so fast towards me, and Rahul asked me in Kannada, "You're in ninth?!!" I just gave a small nod and said yes. Soundarya then said, "But you're sooo tall!" (I'm 5'6), and Rahul was like, "Look here, no one looks at height and weight now. I'm talking about Deepthi Akka's maturity. Someone can be in Tenth and act silly, and we obviously will think they're in Second grade. She behaves so maturely. I seriously thought she was in college or something." I swear my face turned red that time xD
