Not quite. When you delete your account, you actually get asked whether you want your comments to stay or be deleted. However, in this case, I think she was blocked because according to the rules, you have to be 13 to be here, and if anyone noticed that someone is younger - even by a year - they could flag her account and cataract the deletion :(

Maybe in real life. You may not be antisocial but you must go out less or talk less to friends (since u were having some problems with them). That must have made her say that.
