I've purchased the book. I'm going to start tonight. Did you want to read up to a certain chapter or read the whole thing and then comment?

I am here! but at the moment I am swamped by BRs that I am determined to read and a couple of team game commitments. This book fits one of my games so I will probably read it over the next couple of days but I like to comment every few chapters as I go.
Ok. So last night I read a few chapters and I must say the plot so far is good. I haven't read any contemporaries from Zanetti. I read her scorpions syndrome series and I loved it. She's an expert on writing super alpha, possessive and protective heroes. Malcom is no exception. Have you guys read Zanetti before?

I am up to #6, in Scorpius, I have also read the first of her Wicked Realms series but realised it is the spin-off, so will read the other series before contining that one. So, only PNR as well.

That is saying a lot considering I don't usually read romantic suspense.
I read Hidden as an ARC before it was published and really liked it. The series should be fantastic.

Hmm.. Gisela I thought the same thing but I don't believe so. Her character seems consistently loyal and good.I'm at the point in the novel where I get to see Pippa really release her fear of going out and trusting Mal just a bit. I hope he doesn't break her heart. Although keeping the fact that he knows she's in the cult pretty much guarantees she'll be mad.
Ok I am way behind, got distracted. Chapter two - first meeting - classic foot in mouth - loved it
Chapter four - : (view spoiler)
Chapter Six (view spoiler) Definitely a story there!
I like the flashes of humour.
Gisela wrote: "Chapter 7..."Re your spoiler - definitely, although I hope there isn't too much drama when it happens.
On your second point, I am leaning towards the first but it would be a good twist if it is the second, particularly if Pippa is thinking it is for the first reason, and it is really the second.
Chapter Nine (view spoiler) Yes!Through Chapter Ten It has grabbed me. I must put it down, things to do and all that, a pity it isn't available on audio! I will pick it back up over my afternoon coffee.
I guess Zanetti is saying that the dog is just as individual / psychologically messed up as the rest of the group.

Gisela, yeah I thought it was a bit paranormal as well but in the end it's explained that he piches a nerve or something to cause that reaction. Just finished it, and loved it!

Hide. That’s all Pippa can do to escape the terror chasing her. But now that she’s off the grid in a safe house, she finds plenty of interesting things to watch through the window. Like her new neighbor, with his startling green eyes, killer smile, and sexy bad-boy tattoo . . .
Run. Malcolm West is fleeing the hell he unleashed in his last assignment as an undercover cop. A backwoods bungalow sounds like the perfect place to start over. Until he discovers he’s been set up . . .
Fight. Someone’s gone to a lot of trouble to bring them together. No matter how much he resents that, and his own driving needs, Malcolm will have to dig deep and let loose the banished killer inside himself, or Pippa’s fears could come true faster than the flip of a bolt in a lock . . .
