Another idea is that each mod has a job:

e.g. games/ challenges, organiser, idea person, etc...

It's just a way to keep it organised and make sure everyone has a good idea of what they're meant to be doing.

Games/ Challenges: Rose
Organiser: Aryan
Ideas/ General Mod: Lexi
Action Mod: Haley

Games/ Challenges: This person organises games/ challenges that the mods have come up with.
Organiser: This person goes through the threads once in a while and makes sure they are all in order, and if they aren't he/she fixes them or reports it.
Ideas/ General Mod: This person is the general idea comeruper. This person also acts as a general mod.
Action Mod: If ideas don't fit under the above groups, this person takes care of them and puts them into action.
