S | 3 comments Hello All,

My name is Shana and I adore receiving books to review from new Indie authors. I am always open for review requests, I read almost anything except religious, or erotica - I simply do not enjoy reading these genres.

Book in any of the following genres are acceptable: Children, Middle Grade, YA, Mystery, Thriller, Science Fiction, Historical Fiction, Literary Fiction, and Fantasy.

I can accept mobi, epub or pdf formats. Paperbacks are also welcomed.

If you are interested in having me read and review your book please PM me. I will post an honest review, I will not sugar coat my opinion.

I will usually post my reviews within a month.

I do check my Goodreads account several times a day, so you can expect a response back in about 1 or 2 days after you send me a PM requesting for a review.

Regards,
Shana

A Body Resurrected by Groovy Lee

BLURB:

Sixteen year-old Mira is an Egyptian girl who lives a quiet life in her small village in Lower Egypt 3303 B.C.E. But two visitors from the planet Aut are about to change that. The first “flying metal” that whips across the sky carries a murderous plague by the name of Demen. The second one that follows, brings a bounty-hunter named Weir. Against her father’s wishes, Mira becomes Weir’s accomplice in his mission to apprehend Demen before another woman dies by his hands.

But there’s a problem: Demen is now a powerful Pharaoh in the city of Sharkura. Will apprehending him cost Weir and Mira their lives?

Almay, California, USA, twenty-first century:

Tina Leggs oversees the artifacts and exhibits of the Graham-Arlee museum. She has no idea that the mummy exhibit that’s drawing huge crowds, is the same Demen that her ancestor, Mira, bravely faced centuries ago.

Demen is no longer a powerful Pharaoh. Now, he’s nothing more than a museum exhibit since he was discovered in the Valley of the Kings. But a rare occurrence will give him life once more. And his desire to kill the misery known as woman is as strong as ever.

Enter Q, a second bounty-hunter sent from Aut to capture him. Like Mira, Tina has been cast into the role of ally to this handsome visitor. Amid the destruction Demen is causing, and the risk to their lives to stop him, Tina comes to terms with the depth of her love for a man from a distant planet.

But, will she leave her family on Earth for the sake of that love?

Mary Bloom (marybloom) | 4 comments Hello, Shana,
I’ll be glad to invite you to read and review my novel “Unforgettable Lola”.

It’s a YA romantic story about a girl who once wished to disappear. And that happened. Now she is wandering among others unseen and unheard like a ghost, completely alone until she meets a guy who has disappeared just like her but promises to help her return. The story has only a bit of supernatural; in general it’s about love, friendship, loneliness and finding ourselves.

It’s enrolled in Kindle Select. This is a link:

Will be happy if you like it. Thank you!

I.J. Miller | 17 comments My new novel--literary fiction with a thriller element--has just been released.

Here is an overview of the story:

Two moms, Maddie and Al, wake up one cold morning in March in a run-down motel in Weehawken, NJ thinking they have finally found safety after a cross-country escape from their baby’s manipulative biological father. But they soon discover that the state’s top hostage negotiator--and his personal four-man SWAT team--surround their room.

IMMACULATE CONCEPTION takes you to the inner core of two unique women desperate to keep their baby at all costs and provide him with the secure, protected, happy childhood neither of them had. This well-crafted story takes you from the drama of the present, to the tragic scarring of childhood past, to the joyful connection the two make as adults, then back to the present and its emotional closure to this passionate journey of two partners seeking a peaceful life together as a family.

Maddie and Al show us how important it is to protect our children at all costs and how valiantly they’re willing to fight to overcome the deep-rooted effects of early abuse.

I have free copies available for potential reviewers in Mobi, E-Pub, and PDF formats.

IMMACULATE CONCEPTION by I.J. Miller

I look forward to hearing from you.
