What is in the PDF file for this book?

I have a question!! I need some help.

Has anybody gotten East West Street: On the Origins of "Genocide" and "Crimes Against Humanity" as an audio? Reviewers who have listened say they recommend the paper book instead, but I cannot b/c my vision is poor. My question is the following: Does the accompanying PDF file include a list of the people in the book and who they are and the maps, illustration and photos that are in the paper book? Since there IS a PDF file, it seems logical to me that it would include that information which is in the book!

IF somebody has purchased this audiobook, please tell me what is in the PDF file.

I asked Audible and got the stupid reply that PDF files offer additional information, but nothing was said about the information provided on the PDF file accompanying THIS book!
