Daphne Self (authordaphneself) | 8 comments I'm looking for the title to a Christian fantasy book. Here is a list of what I can remember about it:
published around the early 90's (maybe late 80s)
an allegory to the Life of Christ
setting is a fictional world/fantasy world
the cover I remember had a man on the front with a roman style road behind him
I want to say one of the title words started with a "T"
This isn't a Tolkein or Thoene book, nor a Lewis book.

Thanks, but no. That's not it. I actually have a copy of Ben-Hur. It isn't a classic book. I hate not remembering it.

Daphne, are you still looking for this or did you find it?

Ky | 449 comments If OP comes back to this thread, another possibility to check out is A Creed for the Third Millennium by Colleen McCullough. It was published in 1986, it is a near-future (from the perspective of 1986) setting (science fiction), and a couple of the editions have a man on the cover looking to the right. Nothing that looks like a road behind him, however, so this is probably a long shot.

Covers : A Creed for the Third Millennium by Colleen McCullough or A Creed for the Third Millennium by Colleen McCullough

My pleasure - welcome to the group!

@Daphne, have you browsed this list?
https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/2...
"Christian Fantasy Allegories"

There are other Christian allegory lists, if you are interested - just have a search of the Listopia lists (small search box, righthand side of page) ;)
