Colleen, I have posted here instead of in the other thread about Bob's death in case people think it is a spoiler. I don't think that the way Bob's parents reacted was particularly believable either, but I suppose guilt would be one of the emotions that you would feel. I think many relatives of crime victims do feel a sense of guilt but I would think that anger would be the first strong emotion, along with sadness of course.
I agree it wrapped up a little to nicely .I think this might be the place where the author's age shows.
