The main character is a female who dates a guy whose mom and dad are doctors. He goes to school to become a doctor and while they are together she gets pregnant. His mom finds out and trick the girl into believing he doesn’t want the baby and to abort it. Instead she runs away to where her mom lives and gives birth to a girl. She moves to become a resident at a hospital and the father of her baby girl works there and is a surgeon. Her daughter stayed with her mother in another state. He is engaged when they meet and his fiancé has a little boy. The female main character wanted to be a Cardiologist.
