His point of view was interesting. It showed that he was not 100% behind this terrorist attack, but he was committed to carrying it out.
I thought it helped to get his point of view. It did show he had his reservations about what he needed to do.
I love multiple point of views in books. His was interesting. He seemed TSTL and it turns out he was.
Lol! He did make some stupid mistakes. Engaging with the neighbor was a big one.
I liked getting his point of view because it was the only element of suspense. It helped me shape some deductions (most were wrong, though).

His biggest mistake was taking the lawn trash bags. He should have told the neighbor that the worker was new and he was just checking up on his work, got in his vehicle and left. Gage noticed right away.
