i think the correct spelling of author's latin (pen) name is
Chryssiida Dimoulidou
Finally in all author's books the order of the greek author name and latin(pen) author name must be changed as that the latin (pen ) name appears first

It has not been done. Most books still show the Greek name as primary: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

And editions do not have the same primary author: https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...

And also the book I linked in msg #2 hasn't been corrected (the name order is still incorrect and also the name as on the cover is different): https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

As for the cover, why would we want to change it, if the book was issued initially with Χρύσα ... version of her pen name? We would be introducing incorrect data on the edition... Where does it say in the LM that we retrospectively change pen names?

We wouldn't. The name on the book record (Χρυσηίδα Δημουλίδου) should be changed to match the cover (Χρύσα Δημουλίδου). It used to be correct, but it was changed to Χρυσηίδα years ago.
