trying to find an anthology a story is from. 'Old Devil Hills'

I have a quick question for you that I'm not sure is appropriate for this group so I hope no one is upset I've put it here.

I know I've read Old Devil Hills: #1 before and I really, really want to read it again, but I can't find it and I can't remember where I purchased it or even if it was a paperback or ebook. So, my question is was it ever in a bundle/anthology? If so, which one as I may have read it there.
