No, nothing like that. The copyeditor was one I hadn't worked w/before and had a TON of questions/suggestions about stuff. But I had the final say in changing anything, so the book's in great shape and hasn't changed at all. It was just really time consuming to address that many comments. @.@

To be honest, in my opinion, the writer and director are key here if this is to be a successful book to movie adaption. I mean, you can have all the good actors you want, but the movie can be, uhrm, disastrous. Just look at The Mortal Instruments, Percy Jackson, and Eragon.

I've only seen the first movie, but it didn't seem that bad. I liked it. And yes, I did read the book it was based on.

Well, The Mortal Instruments was okaaay, but, I beg you, even if you have/haven't read Percy Jackson, PLEASE, DON'T SEE THE MOVIE!
I would like Ben Barns, but he seems a little too old. I know that Morpheus is immortal and all, but I don't want my main man-cheese looking 10+ years older then the protagonist.But maybe that's just me.

Haha! I agree, Nita. We can't have him looking too much older. But Ben Barnes ages well. He looks younger than he is, and w/makeup and lighting, maybe he would work. I'll always be partial to Ezra Miller, though. ;)

(Note- I tried very hard for no actual spoilerage, or at least very light amounts. This is just long.)
