I started a list a while back, called Books of Wisdom. I just noticed that an author has added 5 of his own books, then apparently used fake accounts to give those books a bunch of votes.

I've never seen this obvious cheating before.

It seems that creators of lists don't have the possibility to edit votes, but there has to be some way of sanctioning this behavior.
