It's time for everyone to nominate a book for our November 2018 read.

We've changed the criteria for the monthly reads that we had for 2017. For our 2018 monthly reads we will do a different country per month. For November's read we are looking for books set in NORWAY

So - nominate a crime/mystery/thriller/suspense book set in Norway for our November read. True crime or cosy mysteries are included in this :)

NOTE: Only the beginning of a series (if a series) please :)

This thread will be open until 15th October, then our nominations will go to the vote:) Good luck and happy choosing!

Authors and publishers, please don't nominate your own work!

Kerri_M | 785 comments Struggling a little to find Norway based books, but still looking,...

Several of the ones already nominated are on my TBR, so will be happy with those if I don't come up with another :)

It was a little hard for me too Kerri!

Kylie H | 1255 comments Yes, not an easy country to find books for. I got in early with Jo Nesbo as I love his Harry Hole series, but the first book is set in Australia. I did however find a stand alone novel that Phrynne rated quite highly.

I think he has written several stand alones but they are not published in English. Just out of interest Karin Fossum is Jo Nesbø's favourite Norwegian author.
