Hello, My edition of Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie has 265 pages, not 272 as listed on Goodreads.
My edition is a hardcover with a red and gold dust jacket, with a black train and swirls of gold smoke, the same as shown on Goodreads.
Goodreads lists two ISBN numbers: ISBN 0062838628 and ISBN13: 978-0-06-283862-9. My actual book lists just the last one.
I imagine someone has counted the beginning pages with the title, list of other Agatha Christie books, the publishing details and table of contents, which are not the actual story. The books pages end on page 265.
