But you say it was available on your website and as instafreebie? In that case, GR does consider it as having been published at one point, and the book may not be deleted.

I have book on my author page that never existed, other than on my author page for a couple months. It has ceased to exist a couple years ago, and will never be republished anywhere. Can I get the book removed?
