October offer: beta reading available at half price

I'm a beta reader based in the UK – currently offering 50% off my services. That means just £0.37 per 1000 words! I only ask for payment at the end of a completed job.

I have experience with both novels and short fiction, and I'm open to reading most genres, including nonfiction, though I'm particularly interested in the following genres and themes:

–Contemporary fiction
–Modern fantasy
–Dystopian sci-fi
–LGBT+ themes and characters
–Paganism and spirituality

My educational background is in Creative Writing and Publishing, both degrees finished with first-class honours. My time at university was where I learned how much I love not only to write my own things, but also to engage with the work of other writers and help them make it the best it can be – of course without insisting they write it as I would write it. My reports tend to be fairly informal yet contemplative, honest yet respectful.

I also offer proofreading (at the same 50% discount currently) for which I have received training from the Publishing Training Centre, and I am a member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders and subscribe to their code of practice.
