Where to start...
First off, Allie finally found her family and it looks like everyone else survived the accident. It was interesting how she tried to get information from her parents (by pretending to be an old teacher) and I liked how that blew up in her face. I'm glad it wasn't easy, although I was on edge because of how it all worked out with her Mom suspecting something was wrong and Allie getting desperate and saying whatever she can to get her Mom to listen. Intense and stressful! LOL
Then she skinjacked the poor little boy! I was glad she found out that she wasn't dead, but I felt so bad for little Danny. And then when she couldn't get out, I was like, "NO! She's finally discovered she's not dead and now she won't be able to get back to her body!" Which makes me wonder if she'll ever get back. Wouldn't that be sad if she never found her body? It seems this section has me warming up to Allie more and I'm starting to enjoy reading about her.
Okay, what is up with Milos and Mary. I am not digging their relationship, LOL. And the discovery of how Jill is finding the lost children's souls is HORRIBLE! Man, this book is keeping me on my toes! I think I'm actually liking it more than the first book.
But, yeah, I can't believe that Jill is killing living kids to harvest their souls into Everlost! That is just so wrong...and Mary is fine with it? Geesh, she is definitely the villain now with her warped sense of right. And then Milos is fine with it too? I can't believe Mary twisted him into her loyal servant so quickly. Makes me wonder if Milos has plans of his own or if he's actually under Mary's "spell".
Okay, enough ranting...I'll let you share some of your thoughts too. ;)
So, what did you think??

I loved finding out the secret behind the people that can skinjack. I wonder what happened to Jill and Milos and where their bodies are. I got really nervous when she got stuck in Danny too. It was crazy, to think, she finally finds out what happened and now she’s stuck in this little boys life. If she does ever find her body I wonder what choice she’ll make, stay in Everlost or wake up.
I don’t like Milos and Mary’s relationship either. Milos falls for girls too quickly. Plus they are both psychotic so I’m not sure I want to see what they get into working together. Jill’s secret, plus the fact that Milos and Mary don’t seem to mind, is horrible and creepy. I mean they are totally fine with killing innocent kids and devastating families. All three are villains. Also Milos mentioned Jill might not have much longer since she’s been in Everlost so long, so I wonder what happens to her spirit if her body dies?
I like that this book took a turn to the dark side because it makes you think and I find it so clever. I’m glad you’re done, I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the ending.

Yeah, I'm curious about Milo and Jill's back story too and what will happen once Jill's body physically dies. Maybe a light will shine and she'll finally get to where she's going because technically she'll have died from old age and adults always get to where they are supposed to go...right? ;)

You’re right adults make it where they are supposed to go. It’s kind of interesting to think though, would Jill get the “light” or be judged for what she’s done in Everlost?
