SOLVED. Romance: hero in wheelchair and heroine in car accident [s]

I read this book this year (2018).

So the female main character is a twin with a low-key wheelchair fetish. She meets the male main character (paralyzed after a motorcycle accident) after she sleeps with his friend/roommate (who I want to say is named Luis who owns a company that programs the software for restaurants that allows servers to send orders to the cooks). The mmc talks badly about the fmc, not knowing that she can hear. So the fmc leaves and purposely crashes her car to kill herself, only she breaks her leg instead. While she's recovering, her twin brother (who's leaving to go on tour with his band) rents his room to the mmc. The house is wheelchair accessible, because it is their deceased grandmother's house. The two fight but eventually get along. The mmc has a dog. The mmc also catfishes the fmc. They fight, the fmc leaves, the mmc gets a surgery, and then they get back together.

I thought for sure it was a KU, but I couldn't find it in my history. But I also couldn't find it in my actual library.
