I’m a British freelance writer living in Beijing, China. I recently published a book called The “M” Word: A Collection of Stories about Miscarriage and Hope. It’s a collection of stories written by Christian women who have experienced the loss of a baby in the womb. It’s not just a book about miscarriage; it’s a book about hope— true hope and the Hope. You can read the reviews and make a purchase here:

My name is Rachel Lopez and I am new to this group. I am a YA Christian author, although I have written a Sweet Christmas story aimed at adults as well called A Home for Noel.
My YA series is called The Transporter Series. The Water Cave is book one in the series and book two The Cave of Darkness will be released soon.
My goals for this group is to support other authors and hopefully meet others who would help me in growing my craft as well.
Thank you and God bless,
Rachel Lopez

My name is Keesha Metcalfe and I am a non-fiction Christian writer. I have also written self help books covering entrepreneurship. My latest book entitled, "Who Has Bewitched You? Unmasking and Defeating the Enemy of Your Soul" was written to help Christian believers overcome perpetual failures, setbacks and defeat. In the book I share my own personal testimony with"bewitchment" and how I escaped to tell my story.
I look forward to reading and reviewing the work of others in this group. It's great to be part of a community of Christian authors and I hope to make some lasting friendships and connections. You may purchase a copy of my book on Amazon at the link below. Please feel free to send me a message if you would like to receive a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Welcome, Keesha!

I love to write and read but often have a hard time finding compelling contemporary Christian fiction. I am glad I found this group and already have several titles I am interested in reading. My favorite thing about this Christian journey is that I can always learn Biblical applications and new ways of understanding Christianity from other people and their life experiences. I am looking forward to interacting with you all, and hope that I can also get some feedback on my first novel (of many), Abusing His Grace:
"To Dean Hardaway, a man of many secrets, image is everything, and he will do whatever it takes to protect and promote his own, even at the expense of his hapless wife, Grace. And if she fails to fall in line, she pays the price--dearly.
Having weathered difficult adolescent years after the death of her parents, Grace longs for security, stability, and love. She thinks she has found it in former Marine Dean Hardaway. After a short courtship the two marry, and only then are Dean's true colors revealed. While members of their church and close friends believe the Hardaways have the perfect family--Dean is employed at a highly profitable technology enterprise while Grace maintains their home and cares for their five daughters--no one has a clue that Dean actively terrorizes his children, abuses his wife and is engaged in a torrid affair with Angelica Billups, a beautiful, mysterious woman who has appeared from nowhere.
The decline of the Hardaways' marriage is presented against the backdrop of the Baptist Christian church--namely Christ First Baptist Church, where the Hardaways have been members for over a decade. The goings-on at this dysfunctional church play a major role in the dynamics of the Hardaways' marriage, and despite questionable advice from their philandering pastor Grace clings to her Christian faith and prays for deliverance from her misery. When she finally gets it, it comes from the last person she'd ever expected, and in a far more violent manner than she ever could have imagined."

I have a relatively new blog that I use to promote my work and that of others in the form of book reviews. I would love to put yours on my blog, for what it's worth :-)

I live in the UK and read mostly nonfiction in Christian books, but I also read a lot of history, politics and international relations. I do read fiction, but often listen to the audiobook version instead.
I'm also an author. My most recent publication came out in July 2018, a foray into secret WW2 history.
However, I'm currently working on updating my book 'Peacemakers: Building stability in a complex world'. This aims to unpack 'Blessed are the peacemakers' for Christians who want to delve a little deeper into conflict issues. It was published in 2009, but only in the UK and not as an e-book, so I have recently acquired the rights so that I can make it more widely available. I'm giving it a 'light' update and will publish the second edition soon.
I wouldn't claim it's an entertaining book, but I hope it is of interest. I'd love to get some early reviews on Goodreads and Amazon, so I will post in the group when ARCs are available.
Many thanks to the moderator(s) for setting up such a helpful group. Brilliant idea!

If you have a print copy of a book that you could send me (or a PDF) I would gladly review your book.

I AM Not Amused
I will be doing a giveaway shortly (need to finalize a few things on the landing page). This new book is about Media Entertainment, currently available on softcover and eBook with Audiobooks coming very soon.

By day I write software and have the dubious distinction of having been told several times that I write too much documentation. I've tried writing fiction for fun but finds it keeps me awake all night, and is altogether emotionally exhausting, so I greatly admire anyone who can complete a novel.
Though originally Canadian, I've lived in various places and now settled in the UK.

You might like this one, according to your genres. I'm happy to gift one to your email address if you'd be interested in doing a review.

I am relatively new to this group and hope to get to know some of you. I have published a book last year (then revised it and republished it this May) Rescued by Love Book 1 in the Dia Richoet Series. Rescued by Love is an allegory. The greatest love story of Jesus rescuing us from our prison of sin and despair. The book has many spiritual references; I am about to release the devotional workbook that parallels the story. My current work in progress is Redeemed by Love book 2 of the Dia Richoet series.

Cullen is searching for the woman he hears calling out to him during the night. Who is she, and how is he supposed to find her?
Keela was scared. SHe had been kidnapped and was now being interrogated about things she did not understand. Giving up all hope that anyone knew about her pain, she wished her life would end. However, she could faintly hear someone telling her, "Hold on, I'm coming."
Closing his swollen eyes, he imagined Sine's face. Cullen would never regret setting her free from the chains that held her for so long. But would she still be the happy, confident women he remembered? Would she really learn to trust him?
Meanwhile, Marcus is wondering about Moria. Can a newborn child change someone that much? Or is she having a change of heart?
Please let me know if you are interested in reviewing my book for me.
Thanks!
Deborah

I am requesting book reviews! The book is available for free on Kindle Unlimited. Any assistance that you are willing to provide would be much appreciated.
After The Benediction

Book synopsis below:
After the Benediction will take you on an extraordinary journey… Evangelist Jacey Joyner is loved and admired by as many people who envy her. To the untrained eye, she appears to have it all together; a beautiful family, a thriving ministry, and people to fawn over her. However, after the benediction; she struggles immensely with her own reality, to the point that she is haunted by a suicidal presence. Her refusal to forgive her father, former Bishop Jason Loftin, for his thoughtless and scandalous acts, sows grave seeds of bitterness within her that threaten to destroy her relationship with God, her family, and her ministry. Unable to continue carrying the weighty load of people’s expectations, Jacey is on the verge of simply walking away from it all. However, an ordained encounter with a spiritual eye that is capable of seeing beyond her facade and is unmoved by her title and accomplishments, confronts her with truth, love, and kindness. Will pride keep Jacey from accepting the truth about her spiritual stagnancy? Or will she have an ear to hear the voice of wisdom and instruction that will rekindle her passion for God and for ministering to his people?

Hi Carolyn, I Escaped North Korea is on promo for free today on Amazon. If you would like to read and review it, please get a copy. I look forward to your review, thank you :) Ellie https://www.amazon.com/Escaped-North-...

Review: Appropriate for middle-grade through adult, I Escaped North Korea! is a fast-paced read, with three-dimensional characters and real-world implications. Highly recommended.
Review: This was a great book that I'd use in my classroom to expose my students to the hardships of living in North Korea. It's told from the vewpoint of a 16 year old boy who must make the hard decision to leave family and home despite the risks. From the first page, the reader is dropped into the hardships of surviving in North Korea--a country where the poor barely survive. Kids will love it and learn something at the same time.
