Shockwave converts own wind into pure energy, which he can then fire as shockwaves, or use as pure power and strength to defeat his enemies. Shock give him the ability to smash and blast enemies with shockwaves and wind. He can take wind to make his shock waves stronger. When All might smashes make shockwaves he uses that and makes his own power. Tremor gives him the ability to cause earthquakes and tremors and can be controlled to his use.

Weakness(es): Shockwave takes a little while to charge up so before he fights he has to stall for a little bit of time or can use his brute strength until he is ready. His tremor ability can only work if he is touching something otherwise it doesn't do anything.
Personality: Always sporting a giant smile like All Might. Usually show off a bright, borderline obnoxious, can-do attitude to inspire others. He tends to be extremely friendly and amicable, due to his popularity and years in the spotlight. He loses the need to hide his worries about the state of affairs around him behind his smile. While Akio is seen smiling, laughing, and cheerful most of the time, he is extremely protective of his students or his family and his rage will show if they're in danger.

History: Akio grew up in a happy loving family. His Mother was a pro-hero and now a teacher at U.A., his father was one of the top pro-heroes and he had a whole fun-filled family. But one day on the way to school with his father spotted a villain who was an old experiment of all for one. He was a half nomu, half human meaning he could use the nomu's abilities so Akio's father told him to get to school and he will be right back rushing off to save civilians and stop the villain but little did he know it was going to be his last hero day. Akio didn't listen and ran after his father hoping to see him in action but when he got there his father had two wounds that were holes in his abs and right side of his chest. Akio stared in horror as his dad was barely holding the villain at bay, Akio father see that Akio was there he had used his quirk to send the villain flying away but at that time the villain noticed Akio and rushed at him. Akio father ran to stop the villain only to be stabbed in the back with three tentacles. Akio's was so shocked from it the only thing he heard from his father was "I love you son. You made me so proud to be your father. Now run. Live your life and become the greatest hero you can be." before he fell to the ground and died. Right then he had sparked hatred for villains, crying about the loss of his father his quirk through all the rage had started crushing the villain and then exploded sending the villain crashing into a building. Akio had no idea what he did considering he was still crying out in rage, hatred, and sadness. Ever since that day he had blamed himself for not being strong enough to save his dad. None believed it was his fault but he still kept to heart what All might and Deku's ideals were and studied hard, trained harder. Getting into U.A. and making his way to the top. After that, he worked hard to get into the top 8 of the pro heroes.

QUIRKS:
Energy Absorption - Yumeko can absorb any form of energy she comes in contact with and can then use it in any number of ways such as blasts, shockwaves, to amplify physical facilities, etc.
Hyperspeed - Yumeko can move at incredible speeds, producing powerful bursts in her wake and capable of leaving afterimages as she moves.
WEAKNESSES:
- Yumeko can theoretically absorb endless energy, however, in practice, it is nearly impossible to manage. When she absorbs too much energy her body naturally emits dangerous bursts of energy over time which can lead to her, as well as others, getting hurt which is why she is usually quick to utilise any copious amounts of energy.
- Yumeko has to be very focused while moving at high speeds if someone manages to distract her it can be dangerous.
- Normally she can dull damage by absorbing the kinetic energy, however, cutting and slicing are far more effective as they do not require the same concussive force as most attacks.
- She fears failure and letting down her father more than anything else, she would sooner avoid a situation entirely as opposed to fighting a battle she thinks she cannot win which can lead to more bad than good.
- She is very moral, she takes honour quite seriously and thusly is unlikely to play dirty in a fight even if the enemy does.
- She hates being the second best hero, she had never before been second best and so it feels unnatural to her. The only way to rile her up (aside from murdering tonnes of people) is to prod at her for being the second best hero. Angering her is unwise unless you're capable of trading blows with her, but if you are, it can provide an opening for a decisive finish
- Her younger brother is far less competent than she is, he's easy leverage to use against her in a pinch.

PERSONALITY:
Yumeko is a wonderfully upbeat person, her face always adorned with a glittering grin and her manner always kind and warm. She helps anyone who asks for it and is a firm believer in the innate goodness of every person on Earth. She will always try to find the positive traits in any person no matter how awful they may be, this is, however, not to be mistaken for naivete as she understands where she must draw the line and take someone down a notch. Yumeko is a generally likeable person, but she is always strangely detached. For Yumeko, it is duty before friendship, she cares for those close to her, but she heeds to duty above all. This nature produces an unusual disconnect that makes all her relationships feel shallow or fragile regardless of how close one may be with her. Her moral compass is firm, she sees life as sacred and hates to see it wasted, nothing infuriates her like murder and there is no greater way to invoke the wrath of one of the world's greatest heroes.
Yumeko is also quite competitive, once she enters a competition with someone she intends to win. She will treat it playfully, but that doesn't mean she isn't willing to pull the rug out from under a rival's feet. She sees Izuku Midoriya as her biggest competition, he's the one person who she simply refuses to fight because even she doubts her ability to win and she'd rather avoid it than lose. Yumeko is certainly not afraid of the waiting game and using clever strategy, in fact, she tends to do better when she can have time to scheme first. She is cunning, her intelligence can be as much a weapon as her quirks. She does not use it to be unfair but counts it amongst her skill set which she will use honourably and with dignity.
HISTORY:
Yumeko Yanai is the daughter of one of the world's richest men, Hikaru Yanai. She was the perfect child, well-behaved, precocious and sociable. She never found something she was not skilled at, she developed faster than most other children and that set the tone for her life. She always seemed to be a few steps ahead of most others, a prodigy since birth. When she was 3 her younger brother was born, Kaoru Yanai. Whereas Yumeko always seemed to succeed, Kaoru always seemed to fall just a little bit short. He was often chastised for his misbehaviour and unwillingness to talk to people, however, Yumeko was happy just to have a little brother and would play with him all the time. Other children usually avoided him, but her will to have a playmate was indomitable. Growing up Yumeko was often disliked by others who thought she was stuck up because she would always correct people and proceed to show them exactly how they had to do things. She was raised to be perfect and thusly other kids didn't want to play with her, but Kaoru had no escape and so they were each other's only friends until Yumeo was enrolled at U.A. Academy. She was enrolled younger than most, but she was more than up to the test and was promptly placed in class 1-A.
At the academy, Yumeko flourished, she was idolized for her talent and not ostracized for it. She was bound for greatness the moment she set foot in the academy and it seemed everyone could tell. Yumeko was focused, but she forgot part of herself in pursuit of becoming a hero. She read and practised day and night to make sure she only got better, to ensure everyone still liked her but forgot to actually make friends with anyone. She seemed inhuman, a powerhouse with a winning smile that had people pining after her. She once wanted nothing more than to have friends, but once she had the chance she never took it, too afraid of failing for it was ingrained in her that the heir to the Yanai name must never fail. Thusly Yumeko ignored her own feelings in the name of success and progression. She maintained a likeable persona but never went out of her way to be social, she was essentially a machine programmed to become the best.
Even before she graduated many people already simply assumed she'd become a top hero, however, her first real battles were counterintuitive to this belief. Yumeko took hit after hit, absorbing the shock so that she could try and talk the villain down convinced she could appeal to his inner goodness. It wasn't until the villain nearly killed an innocent child that she realised she had to take him down, but the damage he had done before that was considerable. As an apology, Yumeko had her father pay for many of the repairs, but this made little difference. She tried this a few more times before she realised that villains scarcely faltered in their beliefs until you beat some sense into them. Once she realised this she skyrocketed through the rankings. She quickly surpassed heroes who had been in the business for years with little trouble. It wasn't long until she had become the No.2 hero in the world. Prodigy, Yumeko Yanai was now recognised globally as one of the best in the world. One of. Yumeko can't surpass Izuku, it bothers her, but of course, she'd never let it show and instead acts like it's all just healthy competition.

If U don't mind me already discussing Rps I could so see my Boy Yassen with her. Tho I was also thinking what if I made a villain boy for her??? That could spark some interesting problems based on her personality and history.

~Growing up, Himari always loved her grandmother growing up. When Himari was born, her grandmother was already a staff in U.A. Her grandmother was a nurse and was extremely kind. When Himari was 2, she announced she wanted to be a nurse and heal people too. Conveniently, a year later, she discovered her quirk. As she grew up, she learned how to use her quirk. The year Deku got into U.A. was the year Himari had graduated. She became a pro hero and decided to be a nurse at a local hospital. When her grandmother died, Himari agreed to take over as the nurse at U.A. When Himari was 21, she gave birth to a pair of twins. However, 4 years after giving birth to those twins, her husband died. Himari had to raise these twins by herself, while being at U.A. to perform her duties as the nurse. Because Himari was very poor and didn't trust anyone to watch her children, the school allowed her to bring her children with her inside the school, making them official guests. So, she brought her children with her everyday, and they helped with small things, such as cleaning and taking care of the students while she was in meetings and stuff with the other staff members. Eventually, the two got into U.A. and joined Class 1-B.

~Himari has a fun loving personality who always works hard to get the job done. She's incredibly caring and sweet, however, she can be a bit vague when explaining things. She's a bit energetic and is a horrible cook. She seems very attached to her children and is forced to rely on Kokoro quite a bit. Himari can be a bit childish, but when something serious happens, her eccentric personality seems as though it completely disappears and she acts more like an adult.

This Quirk allows her to amplify and speed up the human body's healing process by, unlike her grandmother, pressing her forehead against another's. (Like in gif under 'appearance'). However, the process uses large amounts of energy, and could potentially kill. She can moderate how much a person's healing power is boosted.

Petrify - When she startles or surprises someone, their muscles involuntarily lock up and they are paralyzed for as long as she can focus on them.
Upside - Years of hero training have taught her to be able to focus on up to ten people at once, but if they’re weaker/struggle less, she could easily petrify up to thirty.
Downside - Many aren’t startled by loud noises, plus her focus on the stun can be easily broken if she’s distracted or the enemy is stronger than her.

BACKGROUND:
She worked hard to be a hero from a young age, looking up to Ms Joke due to their similar quirks. After her parents passed away in a villain attack, she was sent to live in the foster system and bounced from house to house, quickly learning how to have empathy for others in her situation. Despite it all, working odd jobs, she scraped enough to attend U.A. and eventually became a pro-hero by the name of Spooks.
After a major heist gone wrong, she was cornered by a villain much stronger then her and got locked into melee with him, he used his quirk to slam her into the wall hard enough that she got brain damage and had to attend therapy and rehab for many years to recover.
She was depressed for a while because of it, thinking that her life was over, when she got the opportunity to join the U.A. Teaching team. Eagerly she accepted.
If you are making staff members for the school, they will go her because all the staff members are pro heroes.
