I read this book sometime before 2013 in English. It featured a female protagonist who was a rebel of sorts, given the period. She was not very lady-like. I am not too sure, but it might have been Regency Era. She was introduced to this young lord, who might or might not have been a bit of a playboy. I think she was staying with a relative (possibly an aunt) and this lord was trying to teach her how to be a proper lady. He might also have been coaching her before she is married off to another lord. The story opens with a party, I believe, where the young lady is rude to the men (possibly the lord too). The word "tame" might have been in the title.

Spoiler alert!
The lord and the lady end up falling in love, of course. I distinctly remember them having sex on a sofa. There is some drama towards the end, but I seem to recall them ending up together.
