Please include ISBN (or ASIN) with all page numbering requests, even when linking to the book.

In this case, none is listed, because the edition is an unnecessary duplicate. Working on cleaning up the work now.

In general as far as ebook page numbering, book-in-hand is not sufficient, as every user's ebook reader may be set differently and therefore yield a different page count.
