That plus the above mentioned books means that my TBR is 1/3 of the size it was at the beginning of the year.

I’ve surprised my self at how well I’ve done this year. Between reading my backlog and getting rid of some I began the year with over 100 unread books and ended it with only 14 that I’d purchased previous to 2018. Which is not to say that I didn’t accumulate more in 2018 because that happened. I enjoyed the motivation and the reading adventures.
