This meal is an Asianated version of western dishes. As the Asians migrated into Australia, they adapted in some ways, like the food. Here they grabbed dishes like Hot dogs and deep fried fish, and they changed it a bit to make it fit into their culture better, making it a unique dish. The Fish bun has fish sauce inside, also likely an adapted version of Western fish sauce. So overall, I'll give it a 9 out of 10 for taste and a 10 out of 10 for cultural significance
