She nodded and rolled off him with a grunt.
He got out of bed and started to get dressed.
She laid on her back and watched him.
He soon was dressed and headed for the kitchen.
Once he was gone she hopped out of bed.
He went to the cellar to see what food was on hand.
She changed into the same clothes as yesterday and bushed her hair before pinning it up away from her face.
He found some peaches and flour for biscuits.
She went downstairs and into the kitchen.
"Hi." She smiled when she saw him.
He smiled "We better get some chickens just so we can have a good breakfast"
"Maybe a farm down the road" he replied.
"We will have to check later today."
"Okay." She nodded and leaned against the table.
He went outside to get some water.
She took this opportunity to gaze around his house, going to room to room.
He came back into the house and mixed the flour and water together to make some crude biscuits.
He looked up at her "okay" he said stepping aside.
She replaced him and rolled up her sleeves.
Once the mix was tough, she began to knead it.
He smiled and went to light the stove.
She smiled as she continued kneading until her hands cramped.
He pulled an old pan out of the cupboard.
She broke of a few pieces for the biscuits and rolled them into a ball.
"Maybe I better go milk the cow" he offered.
"Sure." She looked over at him and smiled.
He smiled "we won't have butter for a few days anyways."
She pecked him on the lips quickly before putting the uncooked biscuits on the pan.
He smiled and walked out to the shed.
She carefully inserted the pan into the oven and closed it.

He tied the cow up and found a milk pail.
She wiped her hands with a cloth and curled a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
He talked quietly to the cow as he milked her.
She rummaged around for plates and cups, putting them on the table.
He finished and turned the cow loose and walked toward the house.
Suddenly, a sort of dizzy spell came over her. She swayed a little and held onto the counter to steady herself.
He walked into the kitchen not noticing anything out of order. He set the pail down and looked for something to put the milk in.
