Lucy came downstairs and into the kitchen. "Smells good." She smiled

She kissed his cheek and sat at the table.
He set a plate of food in front of her.
She smiled warmly. "It even looks good too!"
He laughed "I just hope it taste good"
She took a tentative bite and smiled. "It tastes lovely."
He smiled "good" then he started to eat.
"We need a milk cow and some chickens" he said.
"We could buy some." She suggested
He nodded. "we should do it soon. I like eggs"
"Me too and a pig would be nice the one in the cellar is almost gone."
"We have some shopping to do then." She smirked
"I good buy some fabric too. To make some clothes."
"I think that would be great." he remarked.
She smiled and finished eating her food. "Thank you love, it was really good." She said honestly.
He smiled "thanks" he said clearing the dishes.
She stood up and hugged him from behind, burying her face in his spine.
He held still then tried turning around.
She loosened her grip and let him turn around.
She blinked then smiled and traced his lips with her finger.
He kissed her finger and put his arms around her.
She held onto his hips and smiled a little. "I love you."
"I love you too" he kissed her and sighed.
He looked at her "Do you think the Scarlets will come?"
"I hope not." She sighed. "We'll have to quiet."
"Just to lay low and not show attention to ourselves. Like, if they do pass, it may seem that no one is here." She explained
He furrowed his brow "That might be tough to do but I am willing to try."
"If we have animals all around they will know someone lives here"
She kissed him back softly, closing her eyes.
"We need to buy some weapons too."
"Rifles or something to protect ourselves."
"I don't know how to shoot a gun." She frowned.
"I'm not sure. Should a women be handling weapons?" She made a face
He nodded "Okay, shall we go to town?"
