He opened the door and went to find a blanket to wrap her mothers body in.

She thought about their future trips.
He found a blanket and wrapped the body in it and carried her out the back door.
He took her to the barn and placed her in the wagon then looked for a shovel.
When she saw that the room was clear, she walked into her house and darted upstairs.
He found a shovel and went to find Lucy.
Lucy went into her bedroom and laid out her clothes on the bed.
He walked into the house and called for Lucy.
"I'm up here." She called back, unbuttoning her nightgown.
He walked up the stairs and stood in the doorway.
"What is it?" She asked, her back to him as she pulled off her nightgown.
He only watched mesmerized by her.
She turned her head and looked over her bare shoulders at him.
"What is it?" She asked again, but whispered.
He cleared his throat "where should I..." his voice trailed off.
"Oh, right. Let me just finishing dressing." She told him.
"Are you going to watch?" She grinned.
"Of course, unless you need help" he said teasing her.
"With my corset I will need help." She replied, pushing down her underclothes off.
"Do you have something else in mind?" She asked, smoothing out her clothes on the bed, completely naked now.
"Many" he replied taking in her perfect form.
"Then list them." She said while pulling on a fresh pair of underwear.
"The first is you not putting those on"
She grinned and turned to face him, her hair covering her bare chest. "Well, theyre on; what are you going to do about it?"
He walked into the room and shut the door and reached for her.
She jumped a little when he shut the door and looked at him as he reached for her.
He pulled her close "Maybe I will just take them back off"
For a moment she was all for it, but then she sighed and shook her head. "I think things are to tense for me right now."
He released her "Yes I suppose you are right" he sighed.
She frowned. "Great. Now you're mad at me." She murmured and slipped on her underdress.
"No I'm not" he said "I shouldn't have, I know its been a rough morning."
She didn't say anything as she held her corset to herself and turned her back to him, wanting him to lace it.
He laced up her corset and kissed her head.
She titled her head back against him and pulled on a floor length red skirt.
She put on a blouse and a light petticoat and brushed out her hair before pinning it up. Then, she put on stockings and laced up her boots.
She opened her arms. "First, come here."
She wrapped her arms loosely around his neck and looked up at him.
One of her hands gently touched his cheek.
She hugged him back tightly. "I love you."
