"And who's does, Mr. Wise?" She asked, closing her eyes when he kissed her forehead.

"Mine" he replied as they felt the carriage turn up the road.
She smiled warmly and kissed him gently, then was pushed to the side as she was jostled by the carriage.
He held her tight so they swayed together. "Almost there I guess"
She nodded but couldnt help feel a little bit nervous.
He winked at her "If its boring we can find a room somewhere and liven things up"
A sly grin spread across her face. "Like.... What?"
"Whatever comes up" he said looking between his legs for a second.
She followed his gaze and nodded. "Sounds like a plan." She grinned.
"Just a back up one" he warned her.
"But you wish it was the main plan." She replied.
He shrugged "I must be a terribly simple man, I am so easy to read"
"Youre not terrible. Just a simple man with desires." She shrugged.
He blushed "See what I mean" he mumbled.
"There is nothing wrong with having desires. You just have to learn how to handle them."
"Yes ma'am" he said grinning at her "I am in control"
"Good boy." She smiled, pecking him on the cheek.
He smiled "Correction I was in control" he said teasing her.
He nodded and looked at her with a sideways glance. The carriage slowed and the hooves of the horses could be herd echoing on the cobblestones of the courtyard of the large house.
Lucy blinked and scooted forward in he seat to look out the small window of the carriage.
Jeff reached for the handle to open the door for her. "You ready?" he asked.
She took a deep breath and nodded. "Yes."
He opened the door and stepped out offering her his hand.
She held up her skirts in one hand and took his hand in the other, stepping out of the carriage.
He offered her his arm as they took in the very large house.
"Oh my.." She said softly, taking his arm.
He nodded" yes oh my" he replied as he led her to the front door.
Once they walked in, Lucy gasped at the beautiful sight of the house.((i got to go soon but this is basically the dress she will be wearing during the ball except for a lower back: http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/236...))
He followed her inside and looked at the art and artifacts covering the walls of the house.((okay, looks good esp. withe her long dark hair flowing down the back))
"Lovely place, isn't it?" A young women with bright blonde hair asked from behind them."Lucy turned around and nodded at her. "Yes, very."
((well back then their hair would be pinned up but he could take it out later ;) ))
Jeff smiled and just nodded at the woman.((uh huh it better be lol))
"I'm Hannah." She said, holding out her hand to Jeff.((hehe))
"Jeff" he said taking her hand "And this is Lucy" he said his hand going to the small of Lucy's back.((uh huh ;)))
Lucy smiled and shook her hand. "It's very nice to meet you.""Likewise," Hannah smiled. "Is this your wife?" She asked, eyeing his hand on her back.

Jeff nodded his heart racing at the lie but it would be true soon if he had anything to say about it.
Lucy sucked in a breath and nodded. "Engaged, actually. But we like to say we're already married." She told Hannah.Hannah smiled. "How wonderful."
Jeff smiled and looked around the house not saying anything. ((thought you were going))
"If you haven't already guessed, this is the house of the Elders. I'm not one myself but my grandmother is." Hannah explained."Oh, so what can you do then? If I may ask." Lucy said.
((in less than an hour))
Jeff looked at the young woman and wondered how they could be so open about their talents. ((oh okay, Dance?))
"I'm a healer." She shrugged. "Nothing special.""I think it's special." Lucy replied.
((yes sir))
Jeff nodded in agreement "Healers are needed a lot"((Good thing. Tap?))
Shrugged again and looked at the time. "Hm, we ladies must get ready. Someone who you might know is waiting for you, Jeff, in the parlor down there." She said, pointing down the hall and taking lucys hand.
Jeff turned to follow her command a little nervous about being alone.
Lucy blew him a kiss as Hannah hauled her away up the grand stairs.
Jeff walked down the hall and stepped into the parlor.
Ben was seated at a large desk, writing furiously on a parchment of paper.
"Well we didn't get far from you" Jeff said when he see Ben.
She looked up at him and smiled, standing up. "Jeff! It's great to see you."
"Wish I could say the same for you" he said holding his hand out for Ben to shake.
