Lucy crawled under the ledge and huddled in the corner, her legs drawn up to her chest.

Jeff huddled up to her to try and keep her warm.
Lucy cautiously rested her head on his shoulder, not sure if it was an okay gesture to do.
Jeff held her tight the only safe thing he had know all day.
She relaxed a little in his arms as she exhaled loudly.
His mind began to shut down exhaustion from the day dragging him under.
Lucy tried her hardest to stay awake, but fatigue took over. Her eyes fluttered closed.
Jeff slept the deep sleep of a man to tired to care anymore.
Lucy found herself engrossed into yet another dream. She sat up as she saw the same boy near there hiding place. Thankfully, he looked normal. In a sleepwalk state, Lucy crawled toward him.
Jeff felt something stir next to him but he didn't stir himself.
Lucy lost her footing and rolled down a hill, stopping just at the edge of a creak. She woke up and looked around her, fear dripping down her spine. Looked over across the water as something caught her periphery.
Jeff slept on oblivious to what was going on.
The boy from her dream stood on the other side of the bank, staring at her with eyeless, sockets. Lucy could tell something was very wrong with the way he stood, his clothes mangles and skin pale and barely clinging to his skeleton. She even pinched herself to see if she was in fact still sleeping. She wasn't. The boy began to trench through the water toward her.
Jeff stirred under the ledge but did not awaken.
Lucy stood up fast and backed crawled backwards up the hill, her eyes locked with the boys.
Jeff moaned and said something in his sleep.
The boy moved faster across the water when he heard Jeff. Lucy bit back a scream, biting her lip instead. She crawled over to Jeff and shook him way lightly.
Jeff came out of sleep slowly and look into her scared ashen face "What is it?" he asked.
Lucy swallowed hard. "I-I don't know. But something, or I should say, someone is coming." Lucy whispered. The boy made a loud groaning sound as he neared.
Jeff was now fully awake. "Who is it? he asked.
Lucy shook her head and looked behind her, only to be met with the eyeless sockets. She inhaled sharply, to scared to scream.
Jeff held her tight "What is going on Lucy"?
Lucy buried her face into his shoulder. "Just go away." She whispered, not to Jeff. The boy stopped and collapsed at their feet.
((can he see the boy?))Jeff stood looking at Lucy.
((Yeah, he raised the boy in her sleep.))Lucy peeked over her shoulder to look at the body in front of them. She gasped.
"Who is that?" Jeff asked looking at her.
"I don't know." Lucy said, looking up at him with tears in her eyes.
Jeff shuddered and looked down at the body and then felt the bile rise in his throat.
"Don't look. Look at me." Lucy said, touching his face and moving it to look at her. She didn't want him getting sick.
Jeff stared at her his mind racing he sought the calm he needed in her tortured face.
After a few minutes of setting at him, Lucy said: "are you okay now?"
Lucy looked over her shoulder at the boy again and swallowed hard.
"Okay." Lucy said. She couldn't help but feel guilty.
He took her hand and led her from the outcrop.
"Jeff...I'm sorry." Lucy blurted out as he led them away.
Jeff looked at her "Sorry for what?"
"For..for whatever happened back there." She said ruefully.
Lucy stopped walking. "Jeff, I think it was." Her voice was barely audible.
"No way did you do that" jeff almost shouted.
Lucy stepped back when he raised his voice. "But..." She stopped herself and shook her head. There was no point.
Jeff smiled "now lets get out of here before we both lose our minds"
"I'm already lost mine." Lucy muttered to herself.
"We are going to make it out of this, I promise you that okay, together we can make it out."
