"Sleep well?" She asked as she scooped some scrambled eggs into her mouth.

He grinned "Of course I did." he said winking at her.
She laughed and nodded. "As did I." She grinned.
"Good" he said smiling "Glad to hear my efforts helped."
She smirked and rolled her eyes. "Yes. Your efforts were greatly appreciated."
He grinned "Maybe we can do it again sometime." he said as he chewed on some sausage.
"I hope so." She winked, finishing off her eggs.
"Its a date, then" he replied and popped another piece sausage in his mouth.
She giggled and nibbled in a sausage.
"So what time was the grand ball?" he asked leaning back.
She walked over to the end table beside the bed and then sat back down with the letter, skimming it briefly. "Eight. But they want us there by six."
"So what shall we do until then" he asked raising his eyebrows.
She shrugged and tossed the letter aside. "Beats me."
He laughed "Well we could just go back to bed"
"That sounds great because I am still tired. And very sore." She blushed.
"Sore?" he repeated disappointment in his eyes.
She laughed at his expression. "I'm a good way, love. You really did use your efforts. If you know what I mean." She winked with a grin.
He smiled "Well then back in bed with you." he said as he gathered up the dishes.
She giggled and stood up, stretching her arms over her head.
He watched her loving how she looked even when she just got out of bed.
She sighed and rotated her neck, making it crack a few times before crawling back into bed with her robe still on.
He pulled the covers up for her and then left to take the dishes back.
"You're coming back, right?" She cutely pouted.
"Yes" he replied and kissed her before he left.
She kissed him back and curled up under the covers, sighing deeply.
He took the plates back to the restaurant and made his way back to the room.
Lucy absentmindedly hopped out of bed again and peeked out the window. There was more people around the town today, probably because of the upcoming ball.
Jeff walked in as she looked out the window "I thought you were sleeping" he said.
"No. I was simply laying down." She said, closing the curtain.
"Oh" he said looking a little confused.
"Or maybe I didn't want to sleep alone." She said sweetly, pouting at him.
He smiled "Oh.. well um maybe we can sleep for a little now" he replied.
She sighed and crawled back into bed. "There is a lot of people outside."
"Well we should be fine no one is going to bother us"
"I know." She said, ducking under the covers completely hidden by the blankets,
He took off he outer clothes and slid in next to her.
She giggled and tickled his sides.
He laughed and held her hand so she couldn't tickle him.
She crawled up his body and flattened herself on top of him, her head on his stomach and her body between his legs.
He ran his fingers through her hair as she laid on him.
"Tell me about your childhood." She said softly, balancing her chin on his stomach.
He sighed "Okay, I grew up a farmers son I worked the fields and milked the cows and fed the pigs" he said in a monotone voice.
She rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I guessed that. I mean tell me about your family. Friends. What you did for fun, etcetera."
"I have two older sisters that left the farm as soon as they could. I didn't have a lot of time for many friends." he said shrugging.
"Kristen and Heather" he replied "named after my grandmas."
She shrugged. "Brought up as only child. Spoiled rotten." She snickered.
