"I can hear voices." She whispered once they were close enough.
" Can you make.out what they are saying?"
She listened intently for a few minutes then gasped. "I heard my name."
"Really" he wondered how.they knew she was close.
"Jeff, what's a psychic?" She whispered after listening again.
Jeff shrugged "I don't know" he watched her as she tried to listen. (( sorry I am not going to be on much the rest of the week))
She frowned once everything went silent, then looked up at the sky. "We should go.."((That's okay))
"Back to our room. It's getting late." She said.
" But what about the elders" he asked.
"We can come back, no? Unless you want to up to this house now.
He followed her wondering what it was she heard.((school?))
She sighed and reached back for his hand as she walked((on lunch))
He smiled "I enjoyed our walk" he said holding onto her hand.
"Only because I was acting silly?" She teased, nudging his shoulder with hers.
"That was part of it yes" he replied looking at her.
"I can do it again. All you have to do is ask." She grinned.
"Oh really" he laughed "Maybe I should save it for when we are alone."
He smiled "I am pretty smart sometimes"
"You're small all the time." She said honestly with a smile
He shook his head "If I was smart I could figure all this out"
"Figure out what, exactly?" She asked.((What happened to your name? Lol))
"How to help you without putting you in danger" ((Just playing around lol))
"You don't put me in danger. You keep me safe." She squeezed his hand. ((It doesn't show up on my phone lol))
"I know but sometimes I don't feel like I am doing a good job at it."((I just added to it might take a bit to show up))
She frowned and stepped in front of him, holding onto his waist. "Jeff, you're doing an amazing job. And I mean it." She said, starring into his eyes.((Hmm, still blank))
He nodded "What are we going to do? Sometimes I just want to run away and hide with you" ((Yup I'm a big nothing))
She thought about it for a moment. "Why don't we do just that? Run away together." ((Who's Lover? Haha))
"I am not sure it will work" he replied ((Me lol I'm a lover not a fighter))
"Why not?" She frowned.((That's sweet))
"I think thy will come looking for us" ((Oh, maybe I am more of a fighter than a lover))
"They'd have to find us first." She smirked.((How so?))
"You have an idea on how to hide without being on the move all the time?"((cause I wasn't going for sweet or maybe I was ugh.))
"Hmm, maybe the elders can help us." She shrugged.((I'm just scout, disappointing and witty scout))
"Perhaps, but I hate to trust anyone when it comes to you" ((And why Scout? I think it is a cool SUV BTW))
"Who said anything about trust? We shall talk to them and see." She said softly.((I read it in a book and I liked it. A lot of my online friends call me it. It's even my Skype name. Lol))
"Okay" he agreed but still had a concerned look on his face.((What book))
"I love you." She said sweetly, rubbing her thumb across his cheek.((lol!! funny, and To Kill A Mockingbird. Hated that book.))
"i love you to" he replied and kissed her.((Ahh yes lots of US culture in that one))
She kissed him back gently, letting her eyes flutter closed.((Yeah, im just not a classic genre type.))
He pulled her close "Lets get back to town" ((Lol just ghosts of Americas past in that book))
"Okay." She smiled, sliding her hand down his side before taking his hand.((Yes yes))
He took her hand a led her toward town. ((lol))
"I won't let them hurt her. Or anyone." She randomly said after a few minutes of silence.((Brb, shower time))
"Huh" he said looking at her. ((Shower?))
