She laughed and kissed him gently.
She broke the kiss. "What's wrong?"
She starred out at field and sighed.
"It all goes downhill from here, doesn't it?"
She closed her eyes and sighed deeply.
He sighed "It will be great you know"
She smiled and kissed his cheek. "I hope so."
"I know so" he said and kissed her head.
He stood and held a hand out to her.
She grabbed his hand and stood up with a grunt.
He held her and put an arm around her.
She smiled and leaned against him as they went upstairs.
He walked beside her into the room.
She checked on Caroline before climbing into bed.
He laid next to her and cuddled up to her.
She sighed softly and curled up against him.
He soon fell asleep with her in his arms.
He dreamt of his new family and his farm.
((We can skip again if they want so they can actually do stuff lol))
Five months later, it was the middle of the summer. Since the heat was so bad, the crops weren't do so good. Lucy was skipping up to the house, carrying Caroline on her hip.
Jeff was in the barn fixing on a saddle.
Lucy put Caroline inside in her crib and walked out to the barn.
Jeff mumbled under his breath as he worked.
She snuck up behind him and wrapped her arms around the front of his waist. "Boo."
He jumped a little and then laughed.
"Working hard?" She smiled and stood beside him.
"Yes but it does me no good someday I think"
"Just having a tough time with this" he replied.
"Just wont do what I want" he said and putting his tools down and turning to her.
"Maybe later I can help you release some stress." She smiled.
She giggled and kissed his lips softly.
He kissed her back holding her tight.
