Returnable vs Non-returnable books? Apple Ebook Prices overseas ?

Two questions for previously published authors:

1.Could you please share your experience of the pros and cons of setting up your book as returnable (shipped to author? or to be destroyed?) vs. non-returnable, (especially when you are marketing internationally?

2. IngramSparks requires that you set prices for products being marketed internationally...but for e-books, it has a note that Apple ebook prices have to end in 99... does that mean you have to dramatically reduce all your international ebook sales prices to give a .99 ending in the price of every country in which it is sold?
