SOLVED. Arranged Marriage Ugly Bride - historical [s]

I read this book a few years ago before I had a goodreads account so I have no idea who the author is or the title. What I remember about the plot is that it is an arranged marriage between two people who have never met. It was not a regency romance it went further back that that like maybe middle ages. They lived in a castle but a very rustic castle. The heroine is a redhead with skin issues which is why the book sticks out in my mind. I remember the description of her really making her sound unfortunate looking not just plain. She has two sisters that are better looking than her but they don't have a big role in the book. The hero, maybe a knight, has to travel to get her and then takes her to his home. He doesn't think much of her at the beginning but over time he starts to appreciate her other qualities. He does plan to be with other women and I think there was a scene where he almost does before he realizes how much he likes his new strange looking wife. I don't remember how it ends which is why I want to find it because I really would like to read it again. Thanks for reading this and I hope someone knows this book.
