I am a published author and editor who is now taking selected clients for developmental and copy editing services -- fiction works only. You don't have to be a published author, but you should have at least some formal training, such as creative writing classes or Journalism 101, etc. My style is developmental, and I consider myself a writing coach for beginning and intermediate authors.
