For whatever reasons, the star ratings given by reviewers are not being tabulated on the book's product page. They will show up one day, and disappear the next??

I'm also having this problem for Shadow's Passion & Shadow's Awakening over the past few days. The reviews are there, but the ratings show up, then disappear.

Wow!! No doubt! So do we need to join the group to find out when this glitch is supposed to be fixed?

I joined the group and posted to the discussion so I wouldn't miss anything. My second book just went out to my ARC readers and I've been so edited to see their ratings and reviews come in...until they disappeared. At least the reviews are there, jut not showing in the count at the top of the page. And, of course, the ratings aren't showing at the top at all. So weird.

That is exactly my situation. My ARC reviews are there, and did show in the count, and then disappeared--twice now!

Over the weekend we ran a bunch of cleanup on the book stats, which is why you probably saw some strangeness with the statistics there. That cleanup job has completed now (as of a few minutes ago), so the book stats should be up-to-date and refreshing automatically.

Because all stats are now updating automatically, the refresh stats links have been removed. If a book's stats appear to not be updating automatically at this point, that is a bug to report via the Contact Us link on the Help page.
