Review: This was a pleasant way to spend a few hours, but not much more than that. There was a lot going on that didn't really tie together until the end, and then it felt pretty rushed. I liked the MC, his situation and his dogs and will probably continue with his series. I'm not a huge fan of the addition of Maggie O'Dell from this author's other series, as I'm not a big fan of her, but I'll try.
