How to combine books when an author has multiple pages

So there's an author named Dan Abnett with multiple pages of books printed in several languages. I was trying to combine these but they are often on separate pages and you can't use the filter because the words aren't the same in other languages. For instance "El señor de la guerra" and "The Warmaster". Can you use regular expressions in the filter?

You can temporarily add an extra word to the title to be able to use the filter.
