Adding a picture and profile for an author

Aging Introvert wrote: "There is a picture and a short biography at the back of one of her books"

Using the bio here should be ok. But not the picture, not without permission from its copyright holder.

If her books are combined with those of another author by the same name, they can be separated to a different profile. Is it just the two you mentioned?
