Unfortunately, that kindle edition is no longer available on amazon, so we can't add the page count. We can't add a page count for the ebook edition, which has never been sold on amazon.
Why can't you add the page count if that Kindle edition is no longer available on Amazon?

It didn't come up on any searches, however, I've since gone into his author page & it is there with the requisite page number. The reason it didn't come up "This title is not currently available for purchase" so despite the $15.99 price tag, no one can purchase it.
As the page number is still there, I'll add it, before it disappears.
